I spent a few days visiting Romania lately, and more precisely a part of Transylvania and Carpatian mountains.
More than a thousand kilometers between Cluj (north-west), Peleș Castle (center), Miercurea-Ciuc and Piatra Fântânele (north), via valleys, high passes (up to 2000m), breath-taking orthodox churches, beautiful lakes, salinas (salt mines) and the world-wide famous Transfăgărășan road…
Wondeful landscapes and nice adorable pleople, Romania is for sure a place to visit, and I strongly recommend it (and don’t forget Vișinată) !
